If you call 704-367-7400 you can make an appointment for parents night, where they have nurses, Dr's, and the lactation consultant come in and tell you how everything works in their office and gives you a chance to ask questions about their practice. They have a few offices around Charlotte, so I'm sure there has got to be one in the Ballantyne area. The main office is across the street from Phillips Place, though. Love it!!
